I have spent a lot of time in Washington DC over the years and I always enjoy visiting the Memorials there. The Korean War Veterans is one of my favorites. I have been many times and at various times of the day. It always instills solemn thoughts as you view it in the early morning dawn. At that time of day, there is usually no one else around and sometimes there is the morning mist and fog rising up from around it. I have uncles who served there during the Korean war and both had been wounded there. Remember the memorials and what they represent. T
