I had always wanted to go NEAF (astronomy conference) and in 2010 I had the opportunity to fly into Washington DC and rent a car and drive up to New York for it. I spent the first few days in an Astronomy Imaging Conference and then the next couple of days at the NEAF conference. What a great place to meet vendors and all the possible products that they have and they usually have some great deals too! I did get order by Explorer Scientific AR152 there!
