Home of the World’s Best Burgoo!
When camping with our friends Danny and Debbie one year; they took us to the Arenzville, IL – Burgoo. They are the ‘Home of the World’s Best Burgoo’! We had a great time enjoying all the food and shopping on their main street. Several vendor’s and lots of people. Burgoo is a mixture of various food stuffs and is cooked in large kettles. Final stirring is done with long wooden paddles. They also have free entertainment which we enjoy. Small town festivals are great.
